STEERING DAMPERS

It is highly recommended that you purchase a steering damper if your bike does not come with one as stock. The main reason for installing a damper is to control unwanted steering movements. Headshake or tankslappers can be caused through rider input (ex. landing poorly during a wheelie) or involuntarily (ex. hitting uneven pavement or debris on the road). Installing and properly adjusting your steering damper will reduce these effects and may save you from a serious accident
