Payment Methods With our secure website, it's easy to make a purchase online. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, and PayPal. However we only accept credit cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States. We will accept international credit card payments for orders under $300.00 USD (parts only, not including S/H fees). International orders above $300.00 USD must be paid by wire transfer, the bank information is on our website www.oppracing.com. If you would rather not use your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order processed by calling our office at 1-604-942-6744 (M-F: 9-6 Pacific Time). Amex customers: Please note that your order will be charged in Canadian (CAD) currency, equivalent to USD. A detailed explanation will be included on your credit card slip. Your final price will still be the USD price indicated on your invoice but converted to CAD using the exchange rates from www.xe.com, as of the day we charge your Amex. We apologize for any inconvenience as Amex will not allow us to charge customers through our US credit card terminal. PayPal customers: Using PayPal as your method of payment is possible, but will delay the shipment of your order. If you select PayPal, we will contact you via email with the final quote including shipping & handling. You can then transfer your payment to info@oppracing.com. After we receive your funds, we will then ship your order. Other methods of payment are quicker & more convenient, and we recommend using PayPal only if the other options are inaccessible. US Post Money Orders: You can pay for products by sending "US Post International Money Orders - Guaranteed Funds" to our US-based warehouse (Attn: OPP - 1160 Yew Avenue, Blaine WA 98230). Prior to sending the money order, we will need to contact you regarding a final total which will include shipping and insurance costs. Wire Transfers: You can pay for products by wiring the final total to our international bank account. Prior to transferring funds, we will need to contact you regarding a final total which will include shipping and insurance costs. Please note that effective Sept 2007, we will be adding a $15 wire transfer fee to all wire transfers. Sorry, this is a cost forced on us by our financial institutions. This is standard security check implemented by credit card issuers, and does NOT mean that your credit card is invalid / being used fraudulently. If we receive an “authorization required” warning from your credit card issuer, we will be unable to charge your credit card and thus be unable to ship your order. If this scenario occurs, we will notify you by phone / email and ask you to please approve the transaction, and then let us know so we can process our order. To approve the transaction, all you have to do is call your credit card issuer, answer a few security questions, and tell them that you want to approve the transaction from Optimum Performance Products (OPP / OPP Racing).
