Your Account

Your OPP Racing account is used to keep track of your customer information and orders, and to make it easier for you to make purchases. It will remember your prior customer information, and save you time by automatically filling in sections of the order form. You can also use your account to check on existing / previous orders.


Order History

If you would like an update on the status of your order at any time after submitting your order, you can do so by logging into your OPP Racing account. You can then click on “View Past Orders” to review the status of your order.


Status options

New: Order has not yet been processed by OPP Staff.
Pending: Order has been reviewed but not processed by OPP. We will contact you regarding your order.
Backordered: Part of the order is not in stock and has been backordered. We will contact you regarding your order.
Ready To Ship: Order has been processed & charged. Items are being packaged for shipping.
Completed: Order has been shipped, tracking number provided to customer.
Returned: The order has been returned to OPP Racing.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by OPP staff as per your request.
   

Edit Account Information

Information in your account profile is automatically filled into your order form to save you time during the check-out process. It is also used for internal statistical purposes, to help us serve you better in the future. You can keep this information current by logging into your account, and clicking on “Update Profile” on the top navigational bar.
