Yamaha Puig Racing Double Bubble Windscreens

Product Description

Puig Double-Bubble Racing windscreens are designed to meet the needs of competitive racers but can also be used to give street bikes that racing look. The double-bubble design improves airflow and leads to a more comfortable ride.

Puig windscreens are made from a flexible, durable high impact Acrylic and is resistant to cracking. These windscreens offer great optics, thanks to an improved Virtual Wind Tunnel-tested bubble design. Puig windscreens have been used by MotoGP since 2002.

Installation or Technical Notes

You will need a screwdriver and possibly a pair of scissors. Installation time is about 5-10 minutes.

1. Dismount the original screen to be replaced. Keep all hardware for reuse.
2. Position the PUIG screen and screw in bolts lightly, beginning with the middle bolts and finishing with the side bolts.
3. Mount the clear edging (optional). No adhesive is required for attachment. Cut any left over material with scissors.
4. Tighten all the bolts in the same order as indicated above.

Maintanance: Clean the windscreen with a sponge, water and neutral soap. Do not use any abrasives or solvents as this can damage the plastic or cause cracking.
