Hamaguchi Exhausts - Gucci for her, Hamaguchi for you...Hamaguchi exhausts embodies Power and Style. Available as a full titanium exhaust or a titanium slip-on with stainless steel pipes, a Hamaguchi exhaust will add substantial power gains and dramatically improve the look of your bike. The exhaust was used by the 2006 Bridgestone/WERA National Endurance champions, the Vesrah Suzuki Endurance Team.
Hamaguchi exhausts are unique in design and construction. Most Hamaguchi exhausts (ie. all undertail and most side-mount exhausts) feature a fashionable GP-style end-cap which is guaranteed to catch attention. Owners of the 2005-2006 ZX6R should check out our unique twin-exhaust cannister (depicted above) - ONE OF A KIND. And for our big-bore riders, OPP is happy to announce that our ZX14 and Hayabusa slip-ons will feature a GP-style tip!
Hamaguchi full titanium exhausts are made in the same way as a MotoGP exhausts, using the WAGIRI method of construction. Each exhaust pipe is cut into small pieces and rewelded by hand to maximize flow and provide the widest possible powerband. Tapered headers and rear pipes, CNC-machined spigots and flanges and smooth internal diffusers allow Hamaguchi exhausts to achieve 9% power gains and torque increases.
Sounds clips are online! - Dyno runs posted as pictures for each exhaust include: 13.9 HP gain for the CBR1000RR 2004-2005, 7.5 HP gain for the ZX10R 2004-2005, 5.7 HP for the GSXR1000 2005-2006 and 3.8 HP for the ZX6R 2005-2006 (99 db) - all of these exhausts had gains over the mid-range and top-end. Best of all, a full titanium Hamaguchi exhaust weighs only 9 lbs.
Add more power with Brisk Spark Plugs: For even more performance gains, add a set of 4 Brisk Premium Spark Plugs. Brisk spark plugs have silver conductors and a unique multi-spark design which adds 1.5 - 5 HP, depending on your engine capacity: 1.5HP for 600cc, 2.0 HP for a 750cc, 3.0 HP for a 1000cc and an estimated 5.0 HP for a 1300-1400cc.
