About the Product

Product Description

This airduct is an improved version of the World SuperBike HRC airduct. It has been extended by 2" and improves your airflow by 40%. It is a unique one-of-a-kind carbon fiber piece that is SMOOTH ON THE INSIDE - this is accomplished through using a complex 7-piece reverse mould. The airduct weighs only 0.50lbs - this is 1.25lbs lighter than the restrictive OEM airduct. An OPP exclusive!

Installation or Technical Notes

• Can install without removing the radiator fan - this fan must be lowered by 1/4" minimum to install.
• Comes with anodized mounting screws.
• Comes as a street version with lock-to-lock steering.
• SAVE MORE WEIGHT! Replace the emissions control unit with our OPP Smog Block-Off Plates and chop an additional 1.1lbs.
• Works great with our Brisk Premium Spark Plugs. Adds approximately 2-3hp on a stock CBR1000RR.

Carbon Fiber

• Carbon Fiber, Carbon Kevlar and Titanium Silver parts are made with epoxy resin which is highly flexible, has a clear finish and does not spider-crack. Epoxy resins are superior to polyester resins in every way.
• Only Carbon Fiber, Carbon Kevlar or Titanium Silver is used in our bodywork.

• Air Filters - Replace your stock air filter with a high-flow air filter or else the improved airflow from your carbon airducts will go to waste! Check out our BMC and K&N air filters.
• Dynojet Power Commander - Optimize your engine's fuel/air mixture to get more horsepower.
• Full or Slip-On Exhaust Systems - Improving airflow is only half the equation, you need to get the extra exhaust gases out! Replace your restrictive OEM exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust. Watch out Akrapovic! Arata and Hamaguchi are two awesome exhausts!
