Product Description

This is a high quality case cover designed to fit over your existing engine/clutch/crank case cover. It is made with several layer of Carbon Kevlar (our toughest material) and a final layer of Carbon Fiber, Carbon Kevlar or Titanium Silver. Install this to prevent costly bike damage and to allow you to ride your bike away after a major spill.

Installation or Technical Notes

• Attach our Heat Resistant Adhesive to attach your OPP case covers to your bike. Use approximately 1 tube per case cover.
• Installation is an overnight process.
• Installation Instructions:
  1. Clean the inside of the OPP cover and your motorcycle engine/clutch cover with a solvent.
  2. Apply a generous layer of Heat Resistant Adhesive to the inside of case cover.
  3. Mount the OPP case cover. Press on firmly and secure with duct tape.
  4. Allow to dry overnight in a warm area.

Carbon Fiber

• Carbon Fiber, Carbon Kevlar and Titanium Silver parts are made with epoxy resin which is highly flexible, has a clear finish and does not spider-crack. Epoxy resins are superior to polyester resins in every way.
• Only Carbon Fiber, Carbon Kevlar or Titanium Silver is used in our bodywork.
