The Öhlins FKA 115 Adventure Cartridge Kit is a high-performance front suspension upgrade designed specifically for the Aprilia Tuareg 660 adventure motorcycle. Developed using technology derived from Öhlins’ NIX Road & Track cartridge systems, this kit significantly improves front-end stability, damping precision, and overall ride comfort across both off-road terrain and long-distance adventure riding.

Rather than replacing the entire fork assembly, the FKA 115 kit replaces the internal components of the OEM fork, transforming the standard suspension into a fully adjustable system. The cartridge architecture separates compression damping in one fork leg and rebound damping in the other, allowing highly precise suspension tuning and improved damping consistency.

Both fork legs feature adjustable spring preload, enabling the suspension to be tuned for rider weight, luggage loads, and varying terrain conditions. An integrated hydraulic bottoming stop inside the cartridge helps control extreme suspension compression, improving stability during hard impacts and aggressive off-road riding.
