This is a Brembo temperature sticker which is placed directly on the side of Brembo calipers to indicate temperature to which the calipers are submited . This is a great way to know if you are overheating your calipers/pads/rotors and if you are using the proper pads. Temerature will dicate which pads are best used under certain conditions. If you are a street rider and you are constantly riding in hot climates and being very agressive the pads will over heat and will decrease in performance. Trackday riders using the Brembo Z04 race pads are Brembo highest quality pads and are exact same pads used by world super sport , world superbike and even motogp rides around the world.
