Fiber Glass -
Fiberglass is a composite material that is made from "fibers" of "glass". It is
a common material used for aftermarket bodywork because it is inexpensive and
lighter than stock ABS plastic bodywork. OPP fiberglass bodywork is made with an
iso-ester resin that is superior to the more common polyester resin. Our
bodywork is stronger, lighter and will not shrink or warp, unlike bodywork made
with polyester resin. OPP pioneered the concept of carbon-kevlar reinforced
mounting points - this allows you to drill a mounting hole without having to
worry about the fiberglass breaking. Thanks to our innovation, this practice has
become an industry standard. For racers, we have AMA-approved belly pans that
are capable of retaining 4 liters/quarts of fluids in the event of a spillage.
Our bodywork has a white gel-coat that can be sanded, primed and painted or
sanded and painted immediately, in an emergency.

Carbon Kevlar -
Carbon Kevlar is a mixed weave of carbon fiber and Kevlar. This is the same
Kevlar that is used to make bulletproof vests and other body armor. While it
won't make your bike stop bullets, it will definitely stop any passersby! The
mix of black carbon fiber and yellow kevlar results in a mean, green, military
appearance from afar. Carbon Kevlar is an elite material used in professional
motorcycle racing. If you get an opportunity to look at the inside of an AMA
SuperBike, World SuperBike or MotoGP bike, you will see the same carbon-kevlar
on the inside. OPP Carbon Kevlar bodywork is made with epoxy resins which are
superior to bodywork made with polyester resin. Bodywork made with epoxy resin
is lighter, stronger, more flexible and will not shrink, warp or spider-crack.
This bodywork features the same ground-breaking carbon-kevlar reinforcement as
our other bodywork. The net result is bodywork that is 60% lighter, stronger and
better looking than stock ABS plastic bodywork. Two to three layers of carbon
kevlar and carbon fiber, epoxy resin and carbon-kevlar reinforcement...you get
it all. For more information about Carbon Fiber and epoxy resin, please read our

Carbon Fiber -
Carbon Fiber...the Holy Grail of Bodywork. Nothing is more beautiful than a
sportbike decked out completely in carbon fiber. Why is this so popular? You
have to see it to believe it. Carbon fiber has a mesmerizing 3D appearance that
is impossible to replicate with paint or stickers. In addition to being amazing
looking, carbon fiber is ultra-light (65% lighter than stock ABS plastic),
super-strong and uber-flexible. However, this is only possible with EPOXY RESIN.
OPP is one of the few companies that manufacture epoxy carbon fiber and the only
company in the world that features a full line-up of COMPLETE carbon fiber
bodywork. That even includes gas tanks...yes, that is a real carbon fiber gas
tank below. Competitors who manufacture carbon fiber use polyester resin - this
is horrible resin because it is heavy, brittle, cloudy (makes carbon fiber look
blue) and will shrink, warp or spider-crack. OPP epoxy carbon fiber bodywork
features our ground-breaking carbon-kevlar reinforcement on all mounting
points...we can even manufacture bodywork with full carbon-kevlar reinforcement
like MotoGP, World SuperBike and AMA SuperBike. Two to three layers of carbon
fiber, epoxy resin and carbon-kevlar reinforcement...you get it all. For more
information about Carbon Fiber and epoxy resin, please read our Carbon Fiber
101 and make sure you are getting the real deal.

Titanium Silver -
An OPP Exclusive! Titanium Silver is a silver version of our epoxy carbon fiber
bodywork. Light, strong, flexible and amazing to look at, you can replace all of
your bodywork with Titanium Silver or get smaller parts to accessorize a full
carbon fiber kit. Our Titanium Silver features the same industry-leading
carbon-kevlar reinforcement at all mounting points. Like our carbon fiber
bodywork, we use epoxy resin and not the inferior polyester resin used by many
competitors. Two to three layers of titanium silver, epoxy resin and
carbon-kevlar reinforcement...you get it all. For more information about Carbon
Fiber and epoxy resin, please read our Carbon Fiber
101 and make sure you are getting the real deal.
