          standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States

         including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Orders $99 and over shipping to an APO address qualify for free shipping
  • Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • Orders are shipped from one of our many distribution centers across the country. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quicklyas possible. Having said that, there will be cases where some items will have to be shippedcross country and require 5+ days of shipping
  • Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as

possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship

quickly and be at your door fast. We own and operate two distribution centers, one in

British Columbia, Canada and one in Washington, USA. Additionally, we work closely

with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their

warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product

page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your

order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock”. These items

generally ship within 24-48 hours of order placement.


While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not

all items will always be in stock in every location at all times!  In some cases we will split

the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may

need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our

best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Some items will be marked with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). These items are

not in stock and will be treated as pre-paid backorder items when placed. If your order

contains items that are backorder and items that are in stock OPP may choose to send

you the in stock items now and the backordered items as they become available.

ETA/Backordered items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment.

 If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the

lead time before the order is shipped.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically

be sent within 24 hours of the item shipping.  For example, if you place an order

Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking

information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS and FedEx well.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in

shipping days. OPP Racing observes all Canadian and US holidays.


Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days.


Three Day

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For

example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on

Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For

example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the

order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on

Thursday.

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships

out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order

shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.


Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and

will call pick-up may be subject to a $10-20 Service fee per shipment (this is simply

passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).


Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely

quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received."

Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as

the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.


PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to

shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer

service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items

may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving

facility.


APO

Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our free shipping. APO orders will be

shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to

process your order.


Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam,

and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some

instances, packages may also ship via UPS/FedEx Ground. Please allow an additional

1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us

and we can try to accommodate.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping (excluding

oversized/sale/clearance items)

  • Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $35 flat rate


International Orders

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS. Please allow an

additional 1-5 business days to process your order.


International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars
  • Insurance on all international packages is only valid when the item is still handled by the original carrier.  
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
  • When an international order is placed, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (usualy USPS). Typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.
  • Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. 

 

 

 

 

 

Returns / Exchanges

 

  • Customer is resonsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or

exchanges.

  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does

not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs

charges.

  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to OPP upon

delivery will be rejected.


Oversize Items

Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US

states. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and

dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims,

seats, etc. If you require faster shipping on these items please contact OPP Racing

Customer Service.


Delivery Policy


Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes

we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their

shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer

Service before placing your order.


Backorders

All backorders are on a pre-paid status. When backorders are received from suppliers

they will be filled immediately.


Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact OPP Racing Customer

Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but OPP will

assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.


Returns

Restock Fee

  • If we have made an error or your order is not correct there is no restock fee.

In the event you have received your order and you no longer want it OPP will charge a

15% restock fee on the order


Refund Policy

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or

packaging with all tags included. If they are not provided in this manner the return will be

rejected and sent back.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by OPP Racing, your refund will be processed

and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note

that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days

after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

  • For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back our

warehouse.

  • ALL returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number


Return Shipping Options

  • If we have made an error we will either provide you with the return labels for the item or

you may provide proof of the return shipping cost which will be reimbursed to you when

your return is processed.

  • For customers returns, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return

your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and

insurance for your return shipment.

  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any

Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.


Exchanges


  • Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for

the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new items

quicker

  • Exchange items are exempt from free shipping.
  • You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.

 

Order Cancellation / Modifications

Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be

returned.

  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair,

scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot

be returned.


Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires


  • Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is

non-returnable.

  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a

vehicle is non-returnable.

  • Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.


International Returns


  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that

does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or

customs charges.

  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to OPP

upon delivery will be rejected.

Defects

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. OPP will assist customers with their

warranty; however OPP does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.


Warranty Returns


  • Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against

merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please

contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.

  • Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual

manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects

determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.


Damaged Items


  • Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all

original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are

handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, ect). We will assist our

customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this

process can take longer than any of us would like!

Returns Process


You can request a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting OPP at

[email protected] or 1-650-871-8801

Step 1: Contact OPP Racing for a RA#

Step 2: Package all items for return to insure that nothing will be damaged in the return. If an

item does become damaged we will not accept it for return.

Step 3: If we have supplied a label for return attaché this to the package. If you are shipping the

item back to us you must get this from the shipping provider.

Step 4: Insure that the package will arrive within 30 days of receiving the RA#. If it does not

arrive in this time the return is no longer accepted.
