For return eligibility, conditions, and instructions, please refer to our Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Free Ground Shipping is available for most orders shipped within the continental United States (48 states).

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority depending on the item size and destination.

• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories does not qualify for free shipping. Additional fees may apply.

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

• We ship worldwide to most countries using FedEx International and USPS International services. All rates are a representation of the charges received by OPP Racing Inc. for shipping of these ordered. 

• Customs, duties, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.

• International delivery times vary depending on location, shipping method, and customs processing.

Handling Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time. You will be notified by email if delays occur.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Damaged Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged:

  • Keep the original packaging

  • Take photos of the damage

  • Contact us immediately

• We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

• Any refused, undeliverable, or abandoned shipments may be subject to a $10 service fee.

• Shipping fees on such orders are not refundable.
