Payment Methods

With our secure website, it's easy to make a purchase online. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal from issues worldwide. However, OPP reserves the right to request a wire transfer payment for an order at our discretion. If you would rather not use your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order processed by calling our office at650-871-8801 (M-F: 9-6 Pacific Time).
 
Credit Card: The most common method of payment used, credit card provide a secure and fast way to make a payment. OPP Racing Inc. complies with all PCI compliance laws as well as all privacy laws. We do not have access to your card information once place and we do not store any of this infomation on our servers. 

PayPal customers: Using PayPal as your method of payment is possible, but may delay the shipment of your order. If you select PayPal, we will manually send you a PayPal invoice. Once you receive this invoice you can make payment directly from your PayPal account. 

Wire Transfers: You can pay for products by wiring the final total to our international bank account. Prior to transferring funds, we will need to contact you regarding a final total which will include shipping and insurance costs. Please note that there is a $25 wire transfer fee applied to all wire transfers. Sorry, this is a cost forced on us by our financial institutions.

Bank approval

To protect consumers such as yourself from online fraud, some financial institutions require authorization from the credit card holder for large purchases. This is standard security check implemented by credit card issuers, and does NOT mean that your credit card is invalid / being used fraudulently.

If we receive an “authorization required” warning from your credit card issuer, we will be unable to charge your credit card and thus be unable to ship your order. If this scenario occurs, we will notify you by phone / email and ask you to please approve the transaction, and then let us know so we can process our order.

To approve the transaction, all you have to do is call your credit card issuer, answer a few security questions, and tell them that you want to approve the transaction from Optimum Performance Products (OPP / OPP Racing Products). That’s it!
