About the Product

2017-2022 APRILIA RSV4 VELOCITY STACK KIT

With the success and amazing feedback we've gotten from our Aprilia flashes, we wanted to turn our focus to getting into the engine in a more efficient way. Our custom velocity stacks and revised tuning not only gives a very decent, top-end power increase, but also doesn't loose any power in the low or midrange of the RPM. Our easy to install, custom velocity stacks don't shift the powerband over and decrease power down low. We managed to make more power where it matters without sacrificing that torquey punch we've grown to love on the RSV4.

Experimenting with many designs, we found a design that works perfect for this bike. We spent months testing and developing this stack designs. We have found this design makes the best power for the RSV4 (dyno results below). With our custom stack tuning, there's no need to worry about your bike having rideability issues either.

BT Moto velocity stacks are developed and designed TO WORK WITH BT MOTO CUSTOM FLASHING. Flash adjustments include revised tuning for BT Moto custom velocity stacks.

*VELOCITY STACKS DO NOT REQUIRE FLASH PURCHASE BUT IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ADVERTISED RESULTS*

BENEFITS

  • With our flashing, there's no need to worry about fueling or rideability.
  • Correct fueling on both banks in “Alpha N” mode and race modes (comes with flash).
  • Engine tables corrected for BT Moto velocity stacks (comes with flash).
  • Custom velocity stack designed for YOUR airbox. No one size fits all approach.
  • OEM fitment and ability to go back to stock when ever you'd like.
  • Plug and play
  • Gain 5+HP (depending on bike and mods) at higher RPM's (with BT Moto Flash).
  • No power loss in low or midrange (with BT Moto Flash).

BT MOTO APRILIA VELOCITY STACKS

Custom composite with our logo and torquing specs etched into them, the BT Moto Velocity Stacks have been carefully engineered and designed to maximize power in the higher RPM range while not losing power in the low RPM range.

Made for an OEM fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks bolt to the airbox to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are plug-and-play and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply remove your factory velocity stacks and install. Coupled with our custom flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage, with basic tools and minimal mechanical knowledge.

Dyno Testing

Below is our Stage 1 flash with BT Moto velocity stacks versus stock tuning and no stacks. You can see the bike gains a lot power all the way through the RPM band. Significant gains from low to high RPM's. All on pump gas 93. Same day testing on the same bike.

RED LINE - Factory Tuning, 93 Pump Gas, Bolt-Ons

Aprilia Stacks

Below is stock 2021 Aprilia RSV4 baseline and with our stacks. We made no changes and did not flash the bike. Only change on the below dyno sheet is our stack install on the dyno. You can see peak gains and no loss, with the exception of 8500RPM where the AFR needs adjustments. All on pump gas 93. Same day testing on the same bike.

**All in-house testing performed with 93 octane pump gas, unless otherwise stipulated. Different modifications and dynometers may make different power. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. All power is measured from the wheel and not the crankshaft, WHP (wheel horsepower) and WTQ (wheel torque)**
